As we also take environmental aspects into account, we kindly ask you to pack the individual parts in a way that nothing needs to be thrown away.
In the event of a return, the purchase price of the product will be refunded. The shipping costs paid at the time of ordering cannot be refunded.
If parts are damaged due to insufficient packaging, we unfortunately have to deduct an amount from the refund.

The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer and unfortunately cannot be refunded by pamo. Once the return has arrived, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
