Procedure of the competition
1. upload your pictures. You must enter your e-mail address and your name so that we can assign the order.
2. we vote internally for our top 3 submissions per month
3. we upload the top 3 submissions to our Instagram Story at the beginning of each month
4. our community has 24 hours to vote for their favorite
5. the picture/video with the most votes wins
6. we will contact the winner by e-mail
7. we refund the purchase price (up to 1,000€)
How often does the competition take place and how long does it last?
We have a competition every month. It always starts at the beginning of the month and ends on the last day of the month. After that, all new entries fall into the next month.
By when do I have to have uploaded the pictures?
After receiving your order, you have a maximum of 3 full months to upload pictures or videos of your pamo.
How often can I participate?
You can participate as often as you like. You can also upload as many pictures/videos as you like. Of course you can only win once.
How much will I be reimbursed?
You will be refunded the price paid for a single order, up to a maximum of 1,000€. We will always refund the order shown in the picture. If it is not entirely clear, the largest order will be used.
How are the winners determined?
We will vote internally on which 3 entries we would like to send to the next round. We then upload these top 3 to Instagram and let the community vote in the story.
How do I find out who has won?
At the beginning of each month, we will announce on Instagram who has won the competition. If you have won, we will contact the email address you have provided.
When will I get the money back?
If you have won the vote on Instagram, we will contact you by email. You will then receive the amount to be refunded within 7 working days.
